Cozy Meals: Creamy Chicken Meatballs

Combine Ground Chicken, seasonings, egg, and flour in a bowl and mix. Once mixed, scoop or form into imperfect balls. Once done, let the meatballs rest as you sauté your Holy Trinity Mix (green peppers, onions, celery) in a pan. Then add the meatballs, cook on both sides until brown (they don’t have to be fully done). Remove meatballs and add greens of your choice. Cook and add chicken broth to deglaze the pan. Then add cream. Season the cream and add meatballs back into the pot for 10 minutes or until chicken meatballs are done. Serve over rice and enjoy!
